TOMALES BAY STYLE GRILLED OYSTERS
ON THE HALF SHELL
12 opened oysters in their shells, medium to large size
4 TB unsalted butter
3 TB finely chopped fresh garlic
2 TB chopped fresh parsley
BAD HOMBRE SAUCE
Prepare a hot charcoal grill.
Into the opened oysters place a large pinch of chopped garlic, 1 tsp. butter and approx 1 TB of Bad Hombre Sauce (depending on the size of the oyster) Put oysters on the grill, carefully so not to lose the goodies. Cook until bubbly and Bad Hombre begins to caramelize on the edges. Remove from grill, top with parsley.
Serve and enjoy!
